all of the hotel's staff are outstandingly accommodating. the units are tastefully decorated, huge with a view.

I like everything, the staff was so nice, I contacted the hotel when I reserved the room because I was wanting to do something special for my wife of 11yrs, when arrived at the door EVERYTHING was so brilliant, everyone was nice and not to mention the river view, rose petal on the floor, the gorgeous flowers, there was so much. If like to thank them so much.

Had a really unforgettable stay on vacation, everything was perfect. The location was easy and perfectly comfortable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Subway to relax and grab some food. The room itself was a nice size and had a great view at sunset.

The rooftop bar had fantastic views, but the mattress was firm.

The hotel had a central location and it was extremely close to Bb King's. The room was new-fashioned, spotless and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was good, the check in was easy.

Everyone was friendly.

No communication on hidden cost. Room was 248.10 card was process for 348.10 then checking out charged card 248.10 which you would think 100 credit should been applied after check out instead of charging card 596.00.

Room service was great and the food at the restaurant was AMAZING! All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The meal credits they provide for the restaurant is only applicable to dining in the restaurant, can't use for room service and this wasn't clearly explained when we checked in.

The room was very large, the bed was super comfortable and despite the renovation on the ground floor it was a quiet and pleasant stay.

The ground floor has been completely renovated. Therefore, no breakfast was offered. For the price should be offered a free parking. (Valet parking 29 dollars, adjacent parking garage 15 dollars / 24 hours)

The river view from our room was fine 🌅 the breakfast was pretty disappointing with limited options and slow service.

The Madison was very clean, nice linens, great central location downtown, good food in the restaurant and included vouchers to use at the restaurant.

Not very attentive to the details in the room one would expect for $200+/night (didn't replenish water bottles, ran out of TP, Keurig/coffee cups looked dirty, didn't replenish K-cups). When I turned on the cold water tap in bathroom sink, I always got hot water first. Minor,yet annoying issues.

The hotel boasts a central location with beautiful river views, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The rooftop bar offers fine vistas and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was small, lacking basic amenities like a coffee maker, and cleanliness was an issue. The staff appeared understaffed at times, and the limited food options were disappointing. Despite these concerns, the comfortable bed and pleasant location were nice.
